Meet Lori

Raised in New York City, Lori Panarello developed an early love for fashion, architecture, and design—an influence that continues to shape her approach to hair today. With over two decades of experience, Lori is known for creating hair with movement, texture, and intention. Her work led her to a long career as a global platform artist and educator for international hair brands, sharing her craft with stylists around the world.

After years of splitting her time between New York City and the North Fork, Lori made Southold her permanent home. She previously owned an award-winning salon in Woodbury, Long Island, which she sold in December, allowing her to fully focus on the next chapter of her career.

Craft Hair in Greenport represents a return to the heart of Lori’s work—beautiful, thoughtful hair created in a relaxed, welcoming space. Now deeply rooted in the North Fork community, Lori has become a trusted local name, known for her artistry, experience, and genuine connection with her clients. She is proud to call the North Fork home and looks forward to welcoming you into the chair.
