Meet Lori

Growing up in New York City, Lori cultivated her love of fashion and architectural design. Her passion for transforming hair, creating movement, texture, and shape inspired her to share her creative energy as a global platform artist and educator for two international hair brands over 20 years.  

For the last 7 years Lori had been splitting her time between Brooklyn and Mattituck and recently Mattituck became her permanent home. For the past 18 years Lori has owned an award winning salon in Woodbury, Long Island but she fell in love with the simple, beautiful life on the North Fork, which inspired her to open a second salon in Greenport. Lori can now be found at both salons.

Opening Craft Hair has allowed her to return to the roots of her craft, which is creating beautiful hair. Lori is excited to become a member of the small business community on the North Fork and welcoming you to her new venture.
